ARM and its committees represent the concerns of concrete and aggregate producers to leaders and key staff members at the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT), and even federal agencies through our national partners like the National Ready Mix Concrete Association. ARM is highly respected by these agencies and they work closely with us to write and revise regulations and specifications so they are not onerous for member businesses.
