Fred Corrigan
Fred Corrigan, Executive Director
Fred came to ARM in June, 2003 from The Minnesota Transportation Alliance where he was Executive Vice President and worked with
many ARM members on funding for transportation projects in Minnesota. Fred is a registered lobbyist in the State of Minnesota. He is
Chair of the Executive Committee of the Center for Transportation Studies at the University of Minnesota and represents ARM at the
Transportation Engineering and Road Research Alliance (TERRA). Fred currently serves on the Scott County 2030 Comprehensive
Plan Update Process Steering Committee. Fred and his wife Linda live in Prior Lake. They have two children and two grandchildren.

Suzanne Johnsrud
Suzanne Johnsrud, ACI Registration Coordinator
Suzanne has been ACI Registration Coordinator at ARM since October, 2003 where she coordinates all of the registrations for concrete
certification classes for ARM. Suzanne has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and has worked in several medical and community
mental health settings. Before coming to ARM, she was a stay-at-home Mom and has been active in both the Bloomington community
and schools. She and her husband Mike live in Bloomington with their children Tyler and Emily.

Dan Frentress, P.E.
Dan Frentress, P.E., ACI Education Coordinator
Dan holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. Before coming to work for ARM as ACI
registration coordinator, Dan worked for Scott County, Iowa as a Project Engineer, was the Executive Director of the Concrete Paving
Association of Minnesota, the Vice President of Highways for the American Concrete Paving Association, and in 2002 he started his
own consulting business specializing in training and research of concrete pavements. Dan lives in Park Rapids with his wife, Debbie
and has three children, Katie, Mike and Rick.

Margaret Mills
Margaret Mills, Communications & Events
Margaret was raised on an acreage in Belle Plaine, Minnesota and attended Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa where she
received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Speech Communication. Margaret has been employed by ARM since October, 2003.
Currently, Margaret’s main responsibilities include event coordination and communications - which includes establishing and maintaining
membership communications and producing the monthly ARM e-bulletin. She is also directing the revamping of ARM’s two websites.
In the past, Margaret directed the activities of ARM’s ICF Committee and was responsible for ARM’s ICF promotions. Before joining
ARM, Margaret was the Program Coordinator for the Piqua Area Chamber of Commerce in Piqua, Ohio. She and her husband Larry
live in Rosemount with their son Zachary.

Jill Cohen
Jill Cohen, COffice Manager/Promotions Assistant
Jill was raised in Minneapolis and attended the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks where she was awarded a B.B.A in Airport
Administration and Management. Jill has been employed by ARM since December 2004 and her responsibilities include working with
the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Treasurer on association and operations issues. She also helps to coordinate
association promotions. Before joining ARM, she has worked in the airline industry and for medical device manufacturers. She and her
husband Dave live in Farmington with their daughters Leah and Sarah.

Dave Fennessy
Dave Fennessy, Promotions Director
Dave holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Wentworth Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of
Wisconsin, Milwaukee. In his position as Promotions Director at ARM, Dave is responsible for the promotion of the use of concrete in
the construction of commercial parking lots and the use of ready mix concrete in residential construction to owners and specifiers
throughout Minnesota. He will work closely with ARM Ready Mix Concrete Producer Members to help make concrete the
construction material of choice in Minnesota. Dave has over twenty years experience in the concrete and cement industries and had
been involved on a volunteer basis with ARM for several years - serving most recently on the association’s Board of Directors - before
his employment began with ARM in early 2008. Dave lives with his wife and family in Prior Lake.
